I’ve teamed up with Expique to host a Beginners’ Street Photography Workshop on Saturday 28 November! So if you’re new to street photography and would like some advice to get you started, then this is the workshop for you.
The workshop will run from 09:30 until around 16:00, and will take place at Expique’s Market Experience venue, on the mezzanine floor of Pak Khlong flower market – the perfect venue for a street photo event. We’ll be covering various topics during the programme, which will run as follows:
- What is Street Photography?
- Street Photography Styles
- Common Street Photography Mistakes
- Equipment & Settings
- Street Portraits & Photographing People
- Colour or B&W?
- Shooting in markets
- Street Photo Shot List
- Street Photography Assignment
- Review & Critique
All you need to bring is a camera, and your laptop for processing your images (as we’ll be sending you out shooting early in the afternoon!) and we’ll provide the rest, including a light local lunch. The cost is just 2000BHT per person, and the maximum group size will be 6 people so you’ll get plenty of individual help and advice. To register, please complete the form below and we’ll get back to you with payment and joining details. Note, your place is only reserved once you’ve paid.
